Mainline High Performance offers results-driven programming that focuses on optimizing
human movement. Our programs are designed to address your specific needs; and include
sports performance, adaptational rehabilitation, targeted weight loss, and an
anti-aging protocol. We also offer corporate team building.
ABOUT
John Breen is a sports physiologist and an elite multi-sport coach and athlete. His athletes have medaled at the world championships, competed at the Olympic Trials, and raced internationally.
He is a former member of both the US National Rowing Team and US National Dragon Boat Team. Breen has competed at, medaled, and placed in international competition including the World Championships in Dragon Boating and the World Cup in Rowing. His performance in dragon boating earned him a recognition in the Guinness Book of World Records.
In addition to his expertise in rowing and paddling, John was a collegiate all American power-lifter at Temple University and a Pro-Am track cyclist at the Lehigh County Velodrome.
He continues to compete regularly in rowing and paddling events at the national level and is a nationally ranked CrossFit competitor and powerlifter. He is currently the high-performance coach for the University of Pennsylvania sailing team.
Breen has been a pioneer in the fitness world, co-inventing The Training Camp Slide which he also marketed and manufactured. After selling the rights to the Training Camp Slide which was distributed in Europe, Japan, Canada, South America, and the U.S., John developed a proprietary weight management program (The Six Week Fat-to-Muscle Program) targeting fat loss and accelerated muscle growth.
